  Cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone at OK Tire near Thornbury ON, especially Ken Brewer! Our weekend get away from Toronto would have been ruined without them. Our car brokedown just as we were arriving in Thornbury - we pulled in to OK Tire and they loaned us a car for the weekend, ordering in the parts and fixed it by Monday afternoon! Without their generosity - we would have been stuck on the side of the road or with a huge car rental bill as no local places had anything available. Professional and caring and to top it off, the price came in almost 200.00 under the quote!

  My wife went in to get her winter tire on and I guess we didn’t put the right lug nuts in the truck again, we had this issue last year and we are sorry for mishap. This still doesn’t excuse what transpired next. They had the lock but key so they could of easily offered to charge us for a new set of lug nuts but instead they proceed to tell my wife this isn’t the first time she has wasted their time and told her she had to take all the tires with her and leave! We live 10 minutes away btw. They said they had no room for the tires well if that’s the case where were they going to put the summer tires they were taking off? My wife was pretty pissed off to say the least and in tears as they proceeded to stuff 8 tires into the back of her Denali this afternoon. My wife was forced to return home unload the car herself in order to get back in time to pick up her our children from school.

  Make sure you specify exactly what you want done here. I went in for an oil change and asked the girl at the front desk if the mechanics had any suggestions for why my car was shaking and she said he'd take a look. I was expecting a 30-45 min wait for my oil change and return to find out they were taking the tires off and balancing them without even asking me. In the end it took an hour 20 mins and I ended up being late for work as well as being charged an extra 80$ for a job that didn't even fix the issue. Not very professional in my opinion.

  In life there are two entities (not including family or spouse) that you need to depend on. 1) Your personal physician. They are responsible for your Health,Well-Being and ultimately your life. 2) Your Mechanic. They are responsible for your safety and with that your life. I have put my absolute trust in OK Tire Thornbury/Clarksburg since moving here five years ago. Lee, Ken and Elisha as the front end staff are an absolute delight! They treated me with a professional attitude when I first started using this garage. Over the years I have come to be treated as family. The mechanics, starting with Kevin, have treated me with absolute respect at all times. At NO time has my vehicle been in for service, have repairs been done without my knowledge and consent. When I complained about a noise from my truck's front end; the mechanic came for a ride with me and noted what I heard and upon taking my truck back to the garage the front end was inspected every which way and the result was tire noise. I did not pay for this inspection. I would have gladly as peace of mind has no price.

  I still can’t believe they would do this to someone. Zero customer service! Border line harrassent they are lucky they didn’t damage my wife’s Denali jamming all the tires in there!

  I am calling the better business bureau tomorrow as well these guys don’t have the right to display Ok Tires name outside their building.
